Come and celebrate Asian New Year traditions with the Museum of International Folk Art! Family Fun for all ages with Free Admission.

  • Lion Dance performance and parade at 1:30 and 3:30
  • Mocha Tsuki Rice Cake Pounding presentation by Santa Fe JIN
  • Hands on art making: paper lanterns and paper drums

Third annual community celebration of Lunar New Year with music, dance and refreshments. Admission to MoIFA is FREE for everyone courtesy of the Cotsen Family Foundation.

1 to 4pm  Tibetan Prayer Flag Hands-On Printing activity for all ages with Lama Gyurme 1 and 3:30PM Quang Minh Temple Lion Dance Group Parade 1:30 Mochi Tsuki Rice Cake Pounding presentation by Santa Fe JIN 2:30 pm Santa Fe Wadaiko, Taiko Drumming 1 to 4 pm

Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society  Mobile Adoption Unit. Celebrate the year of the dog by adopting a new family member.
